because of late basketball game I had 1.5 dinners. 20 minutes lifting. 320 crunches. 1 hour of basketball. Gatorade and chicken fingers were my only high carb food.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
