So far so good on staying away from sweets. I did have some bread with my gyro yesterday, so I need to work on cutting that out. I feel much better already in just two days without candy or dessert.

I also need to work on portion control. Time to use the small plate again.

I'm drinking much more water and that's making me feel better too. Less bloated.

Mr C made a delicious supper that we ate on the deck by candlelight. It wasn't a special occasion but it felt like one. We just bought a small fountain for the deck, so the sound of bubbling water was relaxing.

Was looking at some BMI and protein-carb-fat ratios for keto diets. Looks like I should have a daily minimum of 79g protein and a max of 131g. Try to keep carb intake under 50g, ideally between 25-30g daily. Minimum fat intake around 30g.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
