Pleased with my first week of eating healthy after my month long holiday in Scotland. Lost nine pounds this first week. I am sure it will be slower after this. I am still fighting bronchitis but managed a small bike ride today. Would have gone further if the midges hadn’t been so bad. Hoping to get more energy to work out more once my health is better.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
