Gonna try something new today.
1500 calories per day, no dairy, whole grain carbs only.
3 meals, 500 calories each.
Focus on whole grains, healthy fats, protein, veg/fruit.
Exercise 30 mins 5x per week (to start).
89.3 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
