Another 4 days and another pound gone. I was hoping for a little more, but am not complaining. It's the right direction and last night I tried on some old clothes and was suprised at what fit. I am losing inches and this feels good. Not much longer and I will be cleaning out my closet and throwing away my old stuff. I will be keeping my largest pants and shirt for comparison at a later date, but the rest is going out. I will never be this size again!
170.6 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 79.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
