I was going to avoid scale but I couldn't.. surprisingly, despite what I consider a bad food weekend I still lost weight, I did keep portions under control but had pizza wings burgers and cinnamon crunch bagels (not all at once😂) during the weekend
194.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 67.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Isn't a nice surprise when the scale gives you a break just when you think you might have blown it?! Just don't get too cocky, lol, 'cause it can turn on you just as quickly :) Congratulations!!

A big thumbs up on the loss, keeping portions plays a good sized role so good for you for being mindful enough to watch that even if you indulged a bit. A good win all around!
