Orange juice. Ww bagel with becel & banana. (Really wanted a 2nd one)

Slept in the afternoon. Then ate 2 mandarin oranges.

Supper was lge tossed salad with hard boiled egg & crab, 2c turkey noodle casserole, some broccoli & baby carrots.

Later had a container of basmati rice & 1/2 pear. Wanted chocolate while we watched a movie on TV. Had some gum. that didn't work. Had a 100 cals crunch popsicle.
Really wanted chocolate. About 11.00pm had a 100gm bar of Dairymilk. Wanted another so I had a sm handful of cashews.
99.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.8 kg a Week
