ok I WILL make it out of the 230s THIS time before i allow myself to cheat again!!! i also started realizing not only am i close to being out of the 230s...I'm also very very close to hitting the 40lbs lost mark and I'd love to say I've lost 40 instead of 35 now!! I'm very proud of myself today because yesterday i had my macro numbers right where i wanted them exactly and i was shorted on sleep yesterday and was all tired at work and that makes sweets so much more tempting for me when I'm sleepy...I'd eaten at a buffet the day before so i thought to myself..."why not just eat a bunch of cookies and brownies and just enjoy one more bad day and just get back on track tomorrow when you've gotten enough sleep?" but then i was like....NO! back on track TODAY! i don't know why i forget how awful it feels when i realize I've gained a lot of fat...how tired i feel...how it feels to not have my arms as close to my sides....just the sensation of being fatter and having to wear that shame and uncomfortable fat suit until i earn it to be gone is NOT worth a stupid cookies or brownies!! ii try not to use this slogan cause i heard it was started by an eating disorder group buuuut it got me through yesterday so...."nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!!!" i will be chanting that in my head when i get tempted in the office again!!! happy Friday everybody and good luck to you too in the coming weekend!! <3

Wow congrats on losing almost 40 pounds! I want to hear a loud cheer when you get to 40! I am in the same boat - I want to get to 289 but I keep gaining and losing the same 5 pounds b/c of weekend binging. So I said this weekend I will get to my goal and be 292 next week. It is in OUR grasp and OUR control. WE can do it!! Have a great weekend.

I believe in you!! I know you can do it!! Skinny does feel good!! especially when tight cloths begin to feel loose!! I got some shirts that I want to burn so bad!!!I have them because as before I lose and then I gain?? but not this time around!!
