...never weigh-in late in the day, like i did yesterday (at 430pm)!
...it seems to take about 3-4 days to dump the insulin of an 'overcarb' day (like sunday was, my bad...)

There are no "cheat days", pro-athletes may 'get away with one' but they also burn tons of energy to allow for it...not sit in a cube staring at at a computer like the unholy offspring of the Pillsbury dough-boy and Dilbert.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 12.7 kg a Week

Yeah I hear ya' I do the same thing...office and a computer...in fact I am doing windows updates as I type. And yes, I am still paying for 1.5 days of OVERCARBING (aka Binge eating but I like yours better). LOL
