The weight is coming off soooo slowly now. Only 12 more pounds to go. I know it's harder the closer you get, but does anybody have any good tips for those last 10 or so pounds?
87.1 kg Lost so far: 35.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

I am so happy for you!!!! When I was at a stall, I changed up my exercise routine to use different muscles completely - that budged the scale a bit. It might work for the last few pounds, too!
