Assistant at my surgeons office warned me that their scale was evil. I told her my morning weight and then stepped on..2.5lb higher haha. ‘Evil. I warned you it was evil! That’s not as much of a difference as usual so maybe it likes you and your jeans and shoes weigh that much and you ate lunch right?’ She said. Lol it adds 10+ pounds for her over her scale. Next time I may ask her to bring it in the room and strip before I weigh! Lol
66.7 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
