Bad night. Slept from about 4 am to 11:45 am. Felt down all day. Food didn't help. Choice of restaurant & choice okay. Eating extra oil and breadpudding not okay. Eating walnuts not okay. Not eating protein snacks not okay.
96.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
