I pigged out yesterday...no excuse...I just did it cause I wanted to. I've been in a funk lately I need to snap out of it. I need to remember that food is all fun and games until I gain weight and then it takes FOREVER for it to come off....back on track today and was back at the gym this morning. I know a large portion of this gain is water...I shall see by the end of the week how much of it was a real gain.

Yeah, I just did this. I am in the same boat. Well, Sharon, good for you for just taking it as it is, getting back on track, and going to the gym. Hang in there!

Sometimes it is like two steps forward and one step back?? but even that will get you to your goal!! but a total derailment is something that must be avoided!!!

I came here one morning after I had cheated TERRIBLY and something that really helped me was DEADPOOL12345 said that sometimes your body needs that to reprogram to losing the fat again. A cheat day here and there wont kill your progress. That really encouraged me because I was so sure that I failed. You can do this, and dont be hard on yourself!! Life is but a moment, enjoy the ride!

I was like that last week allowed myself to eat a lot of junk. Still lingering a bit but much easier this week to stop. I assume it’s a process we have to break. At least your owning it, so let’s get back up and out of the funk and move forward Wishing you the best.

We all have some days that are harder than others. You might fall off but you can hop right back on the next day! :)

Don't lose sight of what you are trying to accomplish, get back and stick to your plan....the rest will work itself out!!! It was one minor slip up, so forge ahead, ensure it doesn't become habit forming. Good Luck !!!!
