1 week down, 13 to go! I may be terrible at the no weighing thing because I need the feedback, but everything else is terrific! Slept well, walked 34 miles and logged 444 active minutes last week, tracked everything and stayed within calories despite a couple of meals out. Looking forward to taking 3 days off this week after working 112 days straight (I'll never do that again)!

I read a fascinating study last week on 'weight rhythms'. I've posted the link below, but basically it found that we all weigh the most on Sunday night/Monday morning and the least on Friday morning due to normal eating cycles even among successful dieters and a larger gap between these values is a predictor of successful weight loss. So moral of the story is, don't let today's numbers upset you but get right back to work and have a great week friends!
