Had orange juice with meds yesterday morning. (Won't record this anymore as this is standard routine) For breakfast ate 2 sl raisin toast with becel. Went on bus trip for the day. For lunch had piece of Saskatoon Pie with ice-cream. Afternoon snack at next stop was Saskatoon/Rhubarb pie with homemade ice-cream & Whole grain bun with homemade butter (didn't like much but was hungry) Came home hungry & had 2 small white buns with becel & white turkey meat. Then 2 more buns with marg & apple jelly.
Craving chocolate, so went to Walmart & bought some.(stupid) & ate 100ml bar of dairy milk!!
