Yesterday I ate a big lunch. gained a little weight but no worries.
I got great advise on my last post on Friday about goals, setting them and doing them in increments to sustain motivation.
My goal is to go from 308lbs to 190lbs but establishing short-term goals as well as my longterm goal will give greater value and satisfaction as I work toward 190lbs.
Actually walked last night almost 3 miles and didn't feel like total crap.
Let's do this!
132.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 46.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
