Yesterday stopped at favorite diner for dinner - chopped steak with brown gravy - that is a weakness - onion and mushrooms, double salad , cole slaw - steak has to be a pound - man good eating - some people I've read aren't seeing results like they want but doing their best and following the plan - give it time and patience - go Green - thanks for all the support and back at you
