Finally Fantastic Fabulous Friday ! Lost a little but more very excited cut back on calories went to the gym 2 yesterday had to leave the first time and went back to finish due to work and have been trying fasting and seems to be helping me too ... have a great day everybody !
79.3 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
