Yesterday didn't weigh - long day - yesterday too much protein and not enough carbs to push it through if you know what I mean - mommy in law had steak waiting for me but already had some brisket I made - Too tempting not to eat, oh well, I had brisket with onion, green beans and shrimp , 3 beers bud select, some reeses peanut butter cups, and a 2 pound gain - knew it was coming - ok -

Stressful work times now but everything going well - My friend Murphy, who really is my friend Murphy, follows me everywhere - LOL - I'm having bad karma right now but I know it is really just a test for me - I'm up for the challenge and will kick it's butt - or rumpus whatever we call it - I know light at the end of the tunnel and see a little, but want to see more - Working on , working hard, not taking it on food , just enjoying my little beer, candy, fest once in a while - Going to the hocball game tomorrow - Outside game played in baseball stadium, players wear skates, skate around bases after hitting ball, take bat around bases trying to hit ball, can check infielders and play 3 periods - LOL - Cards game tomorrow - stoked -

Today , hardees low carb bowl , eating cheese with it but when strict leaving cheese off - not on the list but ask for it - sausage, bacon, eggs,cheese and ask for some hot sauce for a kick - lunch perdue chicken tenders with green beans with cajun seasoning - tonight looking like a salad ranch, extra cucumber, tomato and maybe some pecan turtles -

Been really active and legs, bad knee, not much pain with loss of weight - Never have taken any medicine and hate to take it - Headaches, I just relax until they are gone or work through them - Really feeling well but keep friend of ours in prayers - A sudden issue that just will have an eye kept on and checked up on for the rest of person's life -

I hope everyone doing well- It really looks to me that people are learning a lot - Not bad for some website heh?

I am very proud of those losing and those trying to lose - WHEN NOT IF- EVERYONE IS DOING IT AND CAN DO IT - GOD BLESS - STICK TO YOUR PLAN AND IT WILL WORK FOR YOU - HAVE FAITH, BELIEF, AND LOVE IN YOURSELF BECAUSE IF YOU CAN'T LOVE YOURSELF, HOW CAN YOU LOVE OTHERS? BLAH BLAH BLAH -
