I always have 1/3 of a glass of orange juice with my morning meds. (I've forgotten to include that on other days.)
Ate nothing yesterday until supper. Had 10 perogies, ww hotdog bun with marg & relish, baked beans & 1 1/2 pcs of bbq'd sausage on my bun.
Made Basmati rice pudding after supper & had a container holding a cup of pudding & a whole canned pear in concentrate.
