Thanks for all of the support -

Yesterday I had eggs, sausage hot , onions and butter with garlic , pepper, for taste - diet soda - ice cream bars 2 and 1 cone - chicken rotissierie chicken, cucumber slices with garlic salt - twice - It is interesting that the ice cream I ate at 7:00 - I don't know if the the protein is burning that when I sleep, could be - Also I think cafeine in the soda again working like tea or coffee - I think the excess water weight is coming off nicely while the protein is burning the fat - I don't know about getting to 185 this week but it could happen -

I hope everyone can turn the negative stuff into something positive - It is great ammo to show somebody a thing or two -

Much success to you all - To everyone, stay focused and if you have to have something you crave, have some so you don't binge later - Running at a 100% everyday is unbelieveably hard but if you work in some "cravings" and you can keep on your journey, you aren't having to suffer - This is not about suffering but finding what works for you - If you could have an ice cream a day and still lose weight or stay where you want to be , you'd do it right?

Make your goals at 5 pound increments - It may take 20 of those to lose 100 but it's easier than losing 100 - 5 is more attainable than 100 -

The excitement comes at the point you know how to turn it up or turn it down, getting ready for the holiday stretch or whatever and you just cruise on by like it wasn't there -

YOU CAN DO IT , YOU ARE DOING IT , MUCH SUCCESS TO YOU ALL, THANKS FOR ALL OF THE SUPPORT, GOD BLESS, RELAX , YOU GOT THIS!!!!!
