Had poached egg & 2 sl of toast (one with jam) for brunch. Lay down & napped in the afternoon to keep me from having more toast & jam. For supper had 1 piece of bbq'd sausage on a hotdog bun with marg & relish, tossed salad with lobster meat & homemade dressing, baked beans & 7 perogies. Around 9pm I had a muffin & a mandarin orange. About 11.30pm I was hungry! I had a large bowl of cereal & milk (rice krispies with 2 handfuls of frosted flakes) & a sliced banana. I still wasn't satisfied & toasted a whole wheat bagel & had another banana on top. Felt like eating chocolate, but didn't. In a lot of pain.
99.1 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
