Yay--I am overweight! According to the Wii Fit that is. My 99th day and a lot of will power to change my eating/exercise habits. Feeling coool ;)

Here's to getting out of the overweight range next.
91.8 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats...another milestone met. You are doing wonderful! Now it is time for you to leave the 200s...you are SO close. :-)

It is your time to cross over to the other side...go to the "light" side. Check it out and report back on how wonderful it is :-) I plan to be there soon. In fact, I am headed to the treadmill right now for my "last chance" workout.
