Didn't lose any weight this week
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sometimes we win; sometimes we lose; however, i prefer to believe that as long as you're in the game trying to achieve your goal (weight loss; wealth accumulation, etc) then you're winning. if you persevere you'll win by losing weight; however, from what i've read (and experienced) sometimes we stabilize and don't shed but it's not a 'bad thing' --look at it as simply your body is readjusting its metabolic rate to fit your new lifestyle and will soon resume its course (your goal) and drop more weight. my goal is 10lbs per month (2.5lbs/wk); however, i don't expect to achieve a simple straight line in my quest and i'll be happy as long as i don't gain in the process. hang in there. maybe you'll double your weight loss next week and 'break even'...

That was me last week, hoping for a little loss this week. I was frustrated with it but My thought was it’s not a gain so continue on. So hang in there.
