Easiest recipe ever: 1 cup of ice, 1/4 of small banana (for creaminess), 1/2 scoop Quest cookies and cream protein powder, and about 1/3 cup water. Not too much water because I love it thick like a milk shake. It’s well worth the 75 cals and you get an extra 12g of protein :)
