Heyheyy!
Haven’t gone on the scale for ages due to my recovery and aim to love and accept my shape recently...
A little decrease in my calories from an average of 1600-1700 to 1300-1400.
Jesus it’s so not enough for someone aged 16 who lifts 3 times a week and does cardio in between...
I have 2 cheat days with 2000 calories but I’m like hungry af most of the time or I am tempted to binge.
Anyways it’s about fighting and going on and on and not giving up!
I keep an eye on my sizes especially my lower half’s so fingers are crossed 🤠
How are you doin by the way??

When I weighed 110 pounds, my measurements were 34, 23, 39, so I totally understand where you are coming from! Stay healthy! My trainer says weights for the upper body will balance out the lower if you go light with the lower and heavier for the upper.
