I'm actually going round and round and not down . Its incredibly frustrating! Practically 2 months of behaving and really not shifting anything more than a couple of pounds.

I seem to remember a few years ago, I was similarly disciplined and I would drop 3lbs every week and end up minimum 10/12 lbs down over the month .. just trying not to fold at the minute an keep going.

For me I had to cut my carbs to drop, 3 pounds a week is awesome but I never achieved it. Good luck!
