...I'm having a fat day. Not that I'm overeating or having a cheat day, but that I feel fat. I constantly need to remind myself that even though I have off days like this, I have dropped twenty pounds from my heaviest, eleven from starting here on FS.

It's just agitating to put in so much work and effort and see such slow progress.

we all have them. just find an outfit that makes you feel pretty and try to keep positive. or stand next to someone fatter! ;-P

Even when I was thin, I had days when I felt as big as a whale. It is natural and, thankfully, it will pass. You are a success story, not a failure.

That very same feeling has prompted me change outfits as many as 15 times in one morning... Empathize greatly, hopefully it'll pass soon.
