Went to a birthday party and the hostess mad a scrumptious looking chocolate peanut butter mouse cake decorated with nini reeses and layered with peanut butter oreos and drizzled with chocolate syrup. It looked professional and awesome. Because I just finished a course of 2 antibiotics I know my system is way off whack so I want to restore the healthy bacteria. To do that I am avoiding sugar and focusing on eating probiotic foods and taking acidophilus and other probiotics so I had to decline even a taste of her tasty looking tempting cake. I've read it may be possible to save my tooth by nutrition and putting mild pressure on it. Also, I believemy recent dinus/tooth infection happened because about a week before the sinus pain started, I binged on Lindora chocolates-actually I binged Tuesday night and started having sinus headaches on Thursday the same week I think. So now I am focused on really eating healthy. I plan to start usuing nutritiondata.self.com because it tracks more information. Tracking more than one place is time consuming and I do have things I want/need to do.
