tahoebrun's Journal, 08 Apr 18

Happy Sunday morning everyone - It has been a few days since my last journal which is really nothing more than I have been busy in real life and no time for the virtual one. Last night was the governors ball which is a formal military function with dinner and dancing. My wife looked amazing and we had a fabulous meal - filet mignon with baked potato and salad. they didn't have a sugar free desert option so I sufficed with a bite of my wife's and a cup of really good coffee. I put the numbers in here this morning and tested last night so all is well in the food and BGL world. I am so grateful that I can live life to the fullest without having to be fearful of food, or anything around that. I have my goals and I know those are move valuable than the short term instant gratification of a splurge. We were out late for us but the night out with dancing is something that we cherish and it is what life is about - enjoying and participating in it to the fullest. I hope everyone has a great day on their adventure.
