Cause ya know, need to post another black food pic ;). Took out the veggies and pickles tonight, doubled the meat and added some yummy high calorie cheese. Cheese makes everything better but I’m mostly avoiding it.

Hahaha, I wondered what was "black" about it. Looks yummy though. I love bland food. I'm a very plain eater and I'm good with that. Sad that you covered up that good cottage cheese with pepper, but to each his own :-)

Step dad used pepper, Mom and I used salt. One day he told me that I could add flavor with pepper and it’s healthier. Fast forward 20-25 years and I decided to try it to change the cottage cheese up a bit(had stopped adding salt for the diet) and it’s not great but does change it up some. I added a bit much as it wouldn’t come out and when I thumped the side a ton came out haha. I sucked it up and ate it ;). Glad to know I’m not odd for liking simple foods lol. Hubby loves all sauces, flavors and tons of salt. BUT even after losing 40 lbs in 30 days on Medifast he gained it all back in a year. We are all or nothing people so I’m going for nothing and slowly working in some treats like a subway sandwich for dinner. Was in town all day and refused to stop at sonic so figured a bit more calories for dinner wouldn’t hurt as I was only at 100-300 before that!
