Happy Easter friends. I had a great breakfast this morning and and fantastic cup of coffee. Waffles with banana and pecans, eggs and sausage. Fat 31.67g, 59.54 net carbs, 39.07g protein and 684 calories. I hope that everyone has an amazing day on their adventure , celebrating the day as you are called to. Namaste.

That little board is really helpful - seemed funny at first but it makes meal planning a lot less stressful.

We use this for looking at recipes to see if we need to adjust them for carbs - this is just the numbers for the box recipe for bisquick waffles - making them low carb meant I would have to eat four times this to get the right number of carbs in for a meal. The dry erase makes the process easy before you have to put anything together.
