Trying to get back in the swing of this again.
Still Struggling with an unknown exacerbation of minimal COPD.
They keep saying I will get better, but have been saying that since Jan2017 when I had my 1st episode and again in October2017 with my 2nd.

167.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 65.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
