I had Arby's Jalapeno papers tonight with dinner. I bit the end and pulled out the jalapeno and cream cheese. I didn't know how to put that in so just put it in as the regular jalapeno bite eith breading so carbs are off. I need to get some jalapenos and make some baked jalapenos with cream cheese next time I crave that.

I went to a bachelorette party the other night and I brought jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, they were a hit. Half the jalapeno, scrap out the inside, fill with cream cheese mixed with bacon and cheddar cheese, wrap in a half slice of bacon and bake at 400* for about 20-25min, they are FANTASTIC!! Dip them in sour cream mixed with hidden valley ranch powder, super good!!

Or deconstruct that.. And put the cream cheese and cheese with some jalapeno for flavor in an oven safe dish and make Bacon chips. Okay I think I just made myself hungry!!!
