Had a serious setback with joint pain last night, I was doing everything the same as I had done this week. So, not sure what happened other than the weather changed and it was rainy. I'd had to think I am the old guy the predicts the weather with my knees...lol. got up today feeling better and ready to get at it. Had a great breakfast, 50/50 waffles, fruit and fat free sour cream with a reduced fat sausage patty. The numbers worked out great and I decided to pass on adding scrambled eggs as this was alead a lot of food. Fat 27.74, Carbs 75.42, Net C 59.92, Prot 27.09, Cals 620. I am off to get some material to finish a memo board project in the kitchen. I hope everyone has a fantastic day as you follow you path.
