Weight training yesterday, sore today. Just enough to remind me to stretch today though.

Food seems to be going ok, seems like the cheese crackers were the catalyst for overeating, maybe. Planning helps too.

Yesterday I had a series of slight mishaps that just were head-slapping moments all day. First, I put transmission fluid in my car because I had to. Of course, ran out in my bathrobe and got TF just enough to have to toss bathrobe into wash. Darn it!
My front tire was finally flat after weeks (yes, weeks) of having a slow leak that I never got fixed. Spent an hour trying to get the spare down from under the car, but the mechanism got stuck because I don't think the spare has ever been used since 2003. So, no spare. Darn it!
Then I remembered that I do have a spare in the garage, which the interwebs say fit my car, so I called Triple A and got a guy out here to fix the flat, which took literally 20 minutes (15 minutes for the guy to drive out, 5 to actually change the tire). Yay, Triple A but boo, late for work for no good reason on multiple levels. Darn it!
I was left with a dangling spare though, since the mechanism worked just enough to lower the original spare about 3 inches. So I had to go to the tire store. It all worked out - new tire, released the spare, rotated and balanced, it's like a car miracle, I can actually steer!
Last Darn it! I got home, got my robe out of the dryer, but forgot to put the belt in the dryer earlier so to get the belt, up and down the stairs 3 times and had to hang out with no belt for an hour! Haha, not such a bad day but little things all day!
Food is good, planning on eating well today and then no where to go tonight except home to be a couch potato with my pets!

Hope today is a better day. I'm getting over being sore from exercise as well at least you know you are sore for a good reason.

I spent the day dozing with my cats for less reason! But I’m glad my day didn’t start like yours! 🤦🏻‍♀️I hope it got better Hon! 🙋🏻
