Had some orange juice for b/fast. Lunch was large mixed salad like yesterday with chopped imitation lobster, 1 sl ww toast w 2tsp becel.
Snack part of an apple, maybe a quarter, 1 sl h/made pumpkin raisin bread
Supper was late as Gene & I were grocery shopping.
1 1/2c mashed potatoes from last night, sugar free jello wit mandarin oranges, 2c broccoli with little garlic marg, 1/3 of M & M meatloaf (very tasty but sweet)
Making Basmati rice pudding tonight with peaches to have on hand for an afternoon snack.
