Obsessive Chocaholic's Journal, 29 May 12

today I had sm glass orange juice for breakfast. Taking cough medicine & sucking on zinc & vit C tablets.
Lunch I had a tossed salad with fresh leaf lettuce from the Greenhouse in Redcliff, cherry tomatoes, red & yellow peppers, green onions, cucumber, 1 hard boiled egg & 3/4c chopped imitation lobster with 2tbsp homemade italian dressing.

Afternoon snack 1 sl whole wheat bread with marg & sliced cucumber

Spent a long time on the Internet this afternoon looking at different sites for help on a GI diet. I think that is one of the things I should try when I'm craving the wrong foods. Read about others experiences.

Supper, 2 veal cutlets, 2tbsp baked beans, 4tbsp thin mushroom soup gravy, 1 1/2c mashed potatoes made only with 1% milk.

Evening stuck to drinking my hot water & some diet iced tea with lemon.

Dr Oz says shouldn't eat in the 3 hours before bedtime. I will try to adhere to that as another baby step.

sry but you eat ways to less! your metabolism will turn down very fast and losing weight will get hard. one or twondays a weeknis maybe okay but dont staynat this for the whole week... wont work anyway and youll find your self in a powerfull jojo-effekt
