Good morning everyone - I hope everyone is having a great day. I started out my day at an eye appointment - they decided to dilate my eyes to make sure everything is ok. however this killed me going back to work. I got to put together my pork breakfast patties and clean the fridge. I also made up some chicken salad for lunch and it turned out great so I added it as a recipe. I had it on Dave's killer bread with avocado guacamole. made for a nice quiet lunch at home. Hopefully my eyes will go back to normal here shortly and I can get to the gym. Remember to take care of yourself because it isn't anyone else's job to make to happy.
