As I sit here having my lunch on half a grilled chicken breast, 10 baby carrots, a small piece of cheddar cheese and about 11 wheat thin crackers I wonder if this is all going to be worth it in the end. Days like today where I am in a funk I just want to eat chocolate by the bucket full. Instead I cheated terribly and ate 2 oreo cookies. It has been snowing all day and the sidewalks are icy and I feel like I haven't been able to go for a walk in months. I can not walk long distances in the snow and ice due to balance issues. I miss going for long walks, hearing the birds chirping, the sound of the wind through the trees. I guess I have the winter blues. Anyone else feel this way?
