Used mamamc7’s recipe to make this “bread” for a ham and cream cheese sandwich! It was yummy. Thanks for the recipe mamamc7!

what's the recipe? Just curious I'm just now starting the keto diet.

1 egg, 4 T almond flour, 1 t Parmesan cheese, 1 T oil (I used butter) and any seasonings you want to add—I added a little pepper and garlic powder but might omit the garlic powder next time. Mix it all in a mug and microwave 90 sec. give or take. Remove, slice, toast if you like and add whatever on top! Pinterest has tons of good keto recipes—that’s where I find mine!
