Good morning - I had a terrible night, I couldn't get comfortable - tossed and turned. My joints were all achy. I think I am correlating this to being constipated (great topic I know) due to meds and the protein. So I am going to work on reducing my protein levels and try to get more water in. hopefully this will settle down in time.

I did have a great dinner last night with grilled chicken, German red cabbage and carbquik potato pancakes. I have always loved to cook but being on this new diabetic diet is really sparking my creativity to keep on track and have good food to eat.
