So the low carb week went well overall. I lost about 4 pounds which could have been more if I had gone the full seven days. I stopped a day early and enjoyed some Superbowl carbs! Anyway, it's something I do plan to do again in the future, maybe once every other month....we'll see. I do believe it works and again my hats off to all of you who have done amazingly well with this WOE. But I really didn't enjoy this week. I would say it was the most challenging week I've had since starting my journey in July. Perhaps next time I'll choose a week when I'm not traveling quite as much and can get more creative with my meal planning. I hope everyone has a blessed and productive week!
