SO I was trying to do a before and after but I realized that my weight has gone up and down a lot over the past 20 years and I have avoided having my picture taken - mostly because I don't like it but because it would confirm that I had gotten fat. So here is a photo from 2014 which is were I was just under my max (Jan 2016) at 240 Lbs and today where I am at 175 Lbs. this is why I am committed to staying healthy and not letting food rule my life.

Good for you. I am 73 and have always had trouble with my weight. I am 184 now but I am trying to get down to 150 at my age and with some health issues I have my work cut our.
