I'm doing a lot better on cutting down the amount of food I'm eating. I skip breakfast a lot though (due to the fact that I sleep in late-unemployment blues). I'm eating more fruits, veggies and proteins (less of the carbs I love) but I still need to work on eating better...and not eating late at night.
Also doing a lot better about getting out to the gym or other exercise. (Do I get to count the times dancing around my house to the radio when I'm alone? Oh YEAH!) Today is cold and rainy and I'm not eager to get out but I'm going to do it anyway (in an hour).
