First bike ride of the season was a "bust" due to the fact one of my tires was flat! We thought the bikes were good, but once on the bike trail I was pedaling hard and breathing heavy! Then my spouse says, "Woah, your tire is really low - no wonder you aren't getting anywhere!" Phew, I knew I was fat but NOT that fat! The bike is now at the repair shop, so I'll try again next week: stupid part, I still rode for 30 minutes!!!!
