1-Leg Squat
Rom Deadlift
DB 1-arm Bench Press
Cable Face Pull
DB Split Jerk
Chinups
Barbell Torque (Abs)

Cable Flies (3x10)
Dips (2x10)

Dynamic Planks (3x30 seconds)
V-Up w/2 Medballs (20)
Side Crunches (20 ea side)

20 minutes cardio HIIT
