Dumbbell Incline Press
Inverted Row (aka Horizontal Pullup)
Dumbbell 1 Arm Press
Wide Grip Pullup
Corkscrew (Abs)

Dips (2x10)
Single Ball Pushups w/feet on Bosu (15)
Planks (3x30 seconds) (Abs)
Hand to toe diagonal touches (20 each leg) (Abs)

20 Minutes Cardio (HIIT)
