30 DB Jumping Jacks
20 DB Dead Lifts
10 Chin Ups
10 Hanging Leg Lifts
12 DB T-Pushups w Row (each side)
20 Decline Situps with DB flies
20 DB Burpees
30 DB Seal Jacks
15 Dips with Leg Raise

Varying box jump exercises.

Cardio

Hitting a bucket of balls at the range later today for a little more calorie burning. Try to make use of the carb load I had yesterday.
