I'm going through the grocery store, getting bread when I suddenly realize I'm craving everything that would NOT help me lose weight (donuts, cookies, something sweet and baked or a bag of chips, can of nuts...and no, I can never just eat a little). What's really vexing is that when I'm not consciously counting calories, I don't crave these that often...or maybe I just don't notice it :S
AND I still can't consistently muster the energy to get to the gym like I planned. I get exercise but not enough to make a real difference. :( I've been trying to start this diet/exercise plan for a few weeks now. Will I ever get a routine down, a habit? I WANT TO FIT IN MY CLOTHES, the ones I already have, not buy new ones to fit.
